Competitions  2023 

Members are encouraged to participate in the various leagues, inter-club matches and as many in-house club competitions  as possible.

Leagues   

Harborough League - Mondays and Tuesdays

LBBC  has one team that plays in the Harborough League. Matches are played as 'Rinks' (four player teams) and are played home and away on Mondays and Tuesdays.

South Leicester Triples League - Tuesdays

LBBC have four teams in the SLTL; one in Division 1 and four in Division 5. . These matches are played on Tuesdays. For more details visit the SLTL website: http://www.sltl.btck.co.uk/

Leicester League - Wednesdays

We enter one team in the Leicester & District Bowls League (Division Two South).

Club Competitions - 2023 Season

The Club runs a series of in house competitions during the season which are open to playing members.  

This years competitions are as listed below:

• Mens 4 wood singles
• Ladies 4 wood singles 
• Open Pairs 
• Open Novices Singles
• Mixed Pairs

Entries: By Tel / Text or e-mail to Bill Sneath 07956 220691, or email to billysnth@yahoo.co.uk or entry slips in Club house foyer, completed slips place in competition box provided. All entries must be in by Sun 30^th April, with the draw taking place on Fri 5th May.

County and National Competitions

• The Club is affiliated to Bowls Leicestershire and Bowls England and enters the club competitions organised by these two associations.
• Members are also able to enter County and National Competitions as members of  LBBC.
