2 February 2015 Changes to the Laws effective from 1st APRIL 2015.

There is a new edition (3rd) of the Crystal Mark Laws which is available from Bowls England at a cost of £2. (Contact our County Delegates on delegate@littlebowdenbc.org if you would like to reserve a copy)

ADDITIONALLY and within the new book of the Laws is a section which deals directly with how the changes affect Bowls England Domestic Regulations.

Regulation 4 Law 40. The Skip 40.1.9

For domestic play skips can transfer the duties of marking the scorecard described in law 40.1.7 to other members of the team. However, they must make sure that the duties are transferred to players whose positions, in order of play, are the same in each team. If agreement cannot be reached on who should keep the scorecard then the Skips in both teams must keep the scorecard as described in law 40.1.7
